This policy covers the website genstory.site and "Gen Story Studio", the internal publishing tool of the Gen Story channel. Contact: contact@genstory.site.
Gen Story Studio
Gen Story Studio is internal software used only by Gen Story. It publishes Gen Story's own videos to Gen Story's own accounts: the Gen Story YouTube channel, the Gen Story Facebook Page and the Gen Story TikTok account. It is not offered to anyone else, and no other person can sign in to it or connect an account to it.
Data the tool accesses
- Authorization tokens that the channel owner grants to the tool for Gen Story's own accounts.
- Information about the channel's own videos: titles, descriptions, upload and processing status, links, and view statistics of those videos.
The tool does not collect personal data of viewers or of any other user.
Storage and sharing
Tokens and video information are stored on the channel's own private server. Tokens are kept in files that only the publishing service can read. We do not sell this data and we do not share it with third parties.
YouTube API Services
Gen Story Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using the tool's YouTube features, the channel owner agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Revoking access
- Google and YouTube: remove "Gen Story Studio" in your Google Account security settings, under third-party apps with account access (Google Account permissions).
- Facebook: remove the app in Facebook Settings, Business integrations (Business integrations).
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, open Settings and privacy, Security, Apps and services permissions, and remove the app.
Deleting data
To ask us to delete the data stored by the tool, email contact@genstory.site. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Children
Gen Story Studio and this website are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes and show the new date at the top.

Gen Story Studio
Gen Story Studio là phần mềm nội bộ, chỉ Gen Story dùng. Công cụ đăng video của chính Gen Story lên tài khoản của chính Gen Story: kênh YouTube Gen Story, Trang Facebook Gen Story và tài khoản TikTok Gen Story. Công cụ không cung cấp cho ai khác; không người nào khác đăng nhập hay nối tài khoản vào được.
Dữ liệu công cụ truy cập
- Khóa ủy quyền chủ kênh cấp cho công cụ, cho các tài khoản của chính Gen Story.
- Thông tin về video của chính kênh: tiêu đề, mô tả, trạng thái tải lên và xử lý, link, số lượt xem của các video đó.
Công cụ không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của người xem hay của người dùng nào khác.
Lưu trữ và chia sẻ
Khóa và thông tin video lưu trên máy chủ riêng của kênh. Khóa nằm trong file chỉ dịch vụ đăng bài đọc được. Chúng tôi không bán và không chia sẻ dữ liệu này cho bên thứ ba.
Dịch vụ API của YouTube
Gen Story Studio dùng YouTube API Services (dịch vụ API của YouTube). Khi dùng các tính năng YouTube của công cụ, chủ kênh đồng ý với Điều khoản dịch vụ của YouTube. Cách Google xử lý dữ liệu nằm trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
Thu hồi quyền
- Google và YouTube: gỡ "Gen Story Studio" trong cài đặt bảo mật của Tài khoản Google, mục ứng dụng bên thứ ba có quyền truy cập (quyền của Tài khoản Google).
- Facebook: gỡ ứng dụng trong Cài đặt Facebook, mục Tiện ích tích hợp cho doanh nghiệp (Tiện ích tích hợp).
- TikTok: trong ứng dụng TikTok, mở Cài đặt và quyền riêng tư, Bảo mật, Quyền của ứng dụng và dịch vụ, rồi gỡ ứng dụng.
Xóa dữ liệu
Muốn chúng tôi xóa dữ liệu công cụ đang lưu, gửi email tới contact@genstory.site. Chúng tôi xóa trong vòng 30 ngày và báo lại bằng email.
Trang web này
Trang web không dùng cookie, không đo lường, không theo dõi. Trang đặt trên Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare có thể xử lý dữ liệu kỹ thuật như địa chỉ IP để phục vụ và bảo vệ trang.
Trẻ em
Gen Story Studio và trang web này không dành cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi.

Khi chính sách đổi, chúng tôi cập nhật trang này và ghi ngày mới ở đầu trang.
